Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Slippy application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Slippy is a mobile application that allows users to scan receipts, extract data using OCR and AI technology, track expenses, set budgets and generate financial reports.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Slippy offers free and paid subscription plans (Pro and Max).

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or networks.
• Upload fraudulent or manipulated receipt images.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality of the Slippy app (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons and software) are owned by Slippy and protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the receipt images and data you upload. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that OCR and AI analysis will be 100% accurate. Always verify extracted data against original receipts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slippy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
